This was the first-time hiring help to handle the serving function at one of our parties. My goal was to alleviate the stress inherent in throwing a party that usually falls on my wife. When I submitted the request on Thumbtack, I received several inquiries about the services that I was looking for. However, Mrs. Evans, Fiona was the only one that was able to satisfy the exhaustive checklist we had. We wanted to meet her prior to hiring, she accommodated the request. After meeting with her to explain our expectations and listening to her ideas, we knew that she was the one we wanted to manage our party. Fiona lived up to what she promised. She arrived two hours prior to the start of the party as promised and immediately assumed the role she was hired to take on. This was a tremendous relief as the household was in chaos when she arrived, food was being delivered, the buffet needed to be set up, and the bar needed to be set up. Fiona took over and brought calm to the turbulence. At that point, I felt relieved knowing that we would be ready when the guest started arriving at 7:00 pm. The rest of the night went smoothly as Fiona and staff catered to our guests serving Hors d'oeuvre, serving the main course, and cleaning throughout the night. Fiona’s staff made my guest feel special with constant attention. The highlight of the night was the Mojitos that Fiona mixed!! it turned into a guest favorite as everyone was drinking mojitos. At the end of the night, her crew cleaned up and made sure my wife and I had minimal work to do. Fiona delivered on her promise, I will hire her for my next event and recommend her for your next event as well.

When I tell you that they turn darkness into night... that's the best way I could describe a job well done. Fiona and her entire team were absolute all stars. I have managed private events at the venue we used for this event for three years and I can honestly say this was the most impressed I've been with an event team.
