Stay away!! You will regret dealing with this business!! Extremely rude person to deal with! Have been trying to schedule an appointment for two months. Claims they respond to calls within 24 hours and that is an absolute lie! She took my groupon number over the phone while trying to have a student find room in their schedule for an appointment with me and then claimed she would contact me after the masters to schedule. Instead I never here from her after attempting to contact her many times to schedule after the masters. Finally through text she claims I missed an appointment that I never scheduled and also claims I cancelled the appointment 3 hours prior. She marked my certificate redeemed without my knowledge and refused to honor it. She claims they send email confirmations for appointments and I do not have a single email from her. She has no proof of this appointment and instead of making any effort to make it right, she ignores me. I have been stressfully dealing with this for two months now and cannot believe how unprofessional she is. I reported her to groupon and am now taking my business elsewhere. Beware of this fraudulent business!!

if you would like me to post the phone records showing calls to you that lasted 4 minutes..there are three of them. you scheduled an appointment for 830 on saturday morning, march and than called three days priority that you had something to do that day and had to reschedule. i than informed you i had nothing until after masters week and i scheduled you do r.monday april 13 at 630 which you failed to show up for. I have a 24 hour cancelling policy and no shows will be charged for MY TIME that somebody could have been in session.. Obviously you have way too much free time to run lies on web sites and not enough sense to show up for your.appointment. Please..Please take you your groupon business else where. You are the face of the really sucky Groupon customer who thinks you have the right to not call and not show. This is why you were asked for your voucher number. This is small circle and just as you feel you can nash me for YOUR issues, your name will be known to my fellow therapists that your a trouble maker.
