Check out my newly updated website courtesy of Michelle Cooper of http://cooperdesignsgroup.com/wp/portfolio/. She did an awesome job! I really love it. She took a look at my previous design and automatically knew what I liked. When I say she works with you with every detail, believe it. Communication is number one when working on my projects, be it with my illustrators, editors, formators and in Michelle's case designing my website, she was on point!! When she requests something from you, she's very patient. She is the third person to revamp my site. The others were good, but with the experience I had with Mrs. Cooper, I won't need to look any further. Last but not least, she was a pleasure to talk to!!

Michelle was very patient with me and guided me through the process. She had very good ideas and was able to assist me with coming up with nice ideas, photos and expertise in how things should be done. I have never created a website before and I am thankful she was the one who helped me. I had many changes and trillions of thoughts in my head but she did not make me feel uncomfortable but just asked me what changes I wanted to make and she did them. She will also teach me how to make changes too. Such a pleasure to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based on the project or by the hour depending upon the complexity of the project. I can tailor my fees to the budget of my clients within reason.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have met with the client and have received an understanding of what it is that they want, I will begin the layout and quote a price based on the complexity of the clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Web Design and Interactive Media.
