It was my first time practicing yoga period and I cannot say how grateful I was to attend Tee’s class. She took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable and that we practiced at our own skill level. She was kind, compassionate, and professional and it was truly a wonderful experience for me!

I have had the pleasure of working with Tee over the last several months. The boundaries and wellness coaching have been essential in my growth as an individual and as a small business owner. We have a consultation and observe our compatibility, discuss services offered, ask/answer questions, and discuss pricing/availability/props etc., get you booked and on your way to the peace, joy & openness you deserve 💚💚

I am a certified (Yoga Alliance) instructor, having completed 200 hours of training and dozens of continuing education hours focused on yin yoga, energy healing, philosophy & core work.
