Yes, we typically charge a contingency fee, which means we only get paid if we recover for our clients. That fee ranges from approximately one-third for typical car wrecks to a higher fee for more complicated cases, such as medical negligence and product defects.

We collect all their information and do our investigation. This can include gathering medical information, auto information, and witness information, depending on the type of case.
