Overall I am very satisfied with Charity Floors & Home Repair headed by Mr Bobby Steele. I reside in NY. The reviews on Thumbtack was the main reason I reached out to him. I needed flooring for my rental townhouse that is vacant & that I want to sell. Bobby was terrific during my search and he responded to my many texts immediately; he texted samples of flooring to choose from & offered pics of flooring he installed. Bobby offered an excellent quote to do the entire flooring of my townhouse and after I mentioned I was going to paint the interior 1st he offered to paint it too! I was skeptical & asked for photos of his work. He provided them & I accepted both the flooring & paint job. The floors look amazing! Excellent quality, very neat & completed timely. I hope he shows them. His painting was lead by Mr Shon. Mr Shon is fantastic! He is extremely professional & thorough! EXTREMELY! Excellent quality & done fast! Shon has a great team of painters & he really cares about his work. HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because Bobby didn’t meet me for a walkthrough after the work was completed. I was in town for just 2 days and wanted to personally meet him & do the walkthrough. But, Bobby is awesome responding to texts/phone calls. I highly recommend Charity Floors & Home Repair and will surely hire them again. Thank you so much Bobby Steele, Shon & the Charity Floors & Home Repair Team!

The work was done well. My house is a old home I'm trying to enhance by removing carpet and putting in hardwood floors. The team did a good job. I love my floors. The steps and carpeting. I recommend them and the price was reasonable.
