- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the same hourly rate that I was paid when I left the union, and as it always fed my family and paid my bills, I felt it a fair wage that honored my hard work, and commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking to the customer about what they truly expect from this project is key, and knowing full well what is expected before one nail is driven....we have to be on the same page before any work can begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the trade union for 13 years, and come from a family of builders....its simply in my blood to do this sort of work.
