- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain IICRC certification. Our technicians also go through weekly training sessions, in which we keep them educated on the latest techniques and provide practice opportunities.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our primary services are cleaning of carpet, upholstery, area rugs, tile and grout, air ducts and other duct-work. We also perform deodorizing and disinfecting services, as well as repairs and replacements. For those who need water or fire damage restorations, we are also able to provide those services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
