The service was very good! John was very helpful throughout the whole process and during setup the night of the event. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it; we had plenty of food and even had some leftovers. The presentation of the food was nice. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a suggested menu based on their request, and then ask for their input to start a dialogue. I stay in touch so that they are assured their party will go exactly as they want it to.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I went to Hilton Head to be a golf pro, and to make extra money I worked as a waiter at night. One night they were short staffed in the kitchen, and I offered to help. One thing led to another and within 3 months I was head chef and managing a kitchen staff of 25. I never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I am comfortable in any job. I love doing a 5 course sit down dinner for 6, or a wedding for 100. Every job is so different. As a Private Chef working in people's homes for over 25 years, I haven't had one exactly like another.
