- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project has a different set of challenges at different levels. In that regard, we assess time, labor, and material constraints and the cost impact related. In the end, I give the customer what I feel is a fair price that will allow me to give them the service they want and deserve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my father in commercial drywall when I was 17 cleaning floors and scrapping out jobs. I quickly learned the trade and moved up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Solicit at least 3 quotes. Ask the candidates for references, pictures of previous jobs, and their experience. Talk to them about their plan and see if it makes sense or they sound confident in executing it
