- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cupcakes are $25.00 a dozen, $18.00 for dozen minis, specialty cupcakes are $3.00 each. Prices are negotiable for quantity. Chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies are $25.00 a dozen. Specialty or iced cookies are $3.00 for regular size. Custom and specialty orders are always welcome. Cake prices depend on size, ingredients, deocrations. Free delivery on orders over $50.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have contact with my new customer and discuss by phone what their needs are. Email is ok, texting as well. I will meet in person if necessary. Specialty or custom orders require a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of baking experience, retail, wholesale, specialty. I specialize in cupcakes, iced cookies, cakes and pastries and international desserts. Custom and specialty orders are always welcome.
