- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is determined in conjunction with the client, and based on factors, such as square footage, floor compositions, number of fixtures, scope of work, and frequency of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation is needed to better understand the customer's needs, thereby allowing JAN-PRO to cater a solution specific for them. A walk-through of the facility will be done with a JAN-PRO business owner prior to the inception of the service, and ongoing QA will take place via the JAN-PRO business owner, and JAN-PRO of Atlanta Operational staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every JAN-PRO owner is required to successfully complete the five week JAN-PRO Signature clean training program. Ongoing and multiple classes are provided monthly to ensure our business owners remain on the cutting edge with latest technologies and cleaning methodologies.
