- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m going to always give you a fare quote but everyone’s finances are different, we care about the happiness of customers more than money because it’s our belief that if you make customers happy they will return the favor abundantly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to Find out there main concerns with the project highlight those areas in addition to providing the overall service requested. Our goal is to never leave a site until the customer is content with the service provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regal Detail & Service have been a certified company with the state since 07/2017 but has been actively servicing customers nice 04/2015.
