- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different; thus, I do not have set fees. I evaluate the case during our initial free consultation. Among other things, I take into account the complexity of the charges and the facts involved, the client's criminal and driving record, and, the jurisdiction the charges are pending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All attorneys are required to maintain continuing education annually in the State of Georgia.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As with anything, you want to hire an attorney that is versed in the area of law. You wouldn't hire a foot doctor to perform heart surgery! So why hire just any attorney? Hire someone with years of experience who has handled your type of case from every aspect. I'm an Associate and Pro Hac Vice Judge, a former prosecutor, and have defended criminal cases! That's all I do!
