Introduction: I have a high level of personal responsibility to my clients, and do not farm out all client contact and work to less knowledgeable attorneys or paralegals, and clients appreciate that. When clients hire me to work on their case we work together to provide a reasonable road map individualized for each individual case. This allows me to provide more efficient, detailed, and cost-effective representation than most large firms can offer. Additionally, my firm offers free 30 minute phone consultations so we are able to get to know a potential situation prior to quoting specific prices. I get the opportunity to help people during what can be one of the most difficult times of their lives. While it is challenging to get to know people during periods of crisis, it can also be rewarding to work with them to achieve the best outcome possible in any given circumstance. In other words, practicing family law provides me with the opportunity to have a positive impact on my clients' lives, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

Jordan helped my husband and I for a little over a year and a half fight for my husband's daughter. Through the entire process Jordan was kind, and compassionate. He answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we were kept up to date on everything. He is reasonably priced, and does a great job! In the end my husband obtained primary custody of his daughter and we couldn't be happier with the outcome and the way Jordan helped us.

I would highly Recommend Jordan Hendrick. Jordan was the second and final attorney I engaged in my divorce proceedings. His personal service and extensive knowledge of family law made him the last and only family attorney I will need. I started my case with one of the big firms that advertise on the radio. I was assigned 2 attorneys who had a total of 5 years combined experience. At first, they provided my case the basic attention needed. As time moved on, I felt they gave my case only the minimal required attention as we waited for the court date to arrive. After 6 months I asked my old attorney What is our strategy? When I was met with a vague and unsatisfactory answer, I knew it was time for a change. After interviewing several attorneys, I settled on Jordan Hendrick. He provided the personal service that was missing with my previous firm. During our initial consultation he took time to really understand the background and nuances of my personal situation. Jordan then developed a comprehensive strategy to finish the case. He stayed in close contact with me as needed throughout the proceedings. As almost every family attorney I have ever come across, I bill hourly for my time in increments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of several of the local bar associations and attend monthly breakfasts and lunches to stay on top of developments. I also attend the annual three day seminar for Georgia family law judges and attorneys.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always liked representing individuals rather than big companies, and over the years people just kept hiring me to do family law cases so I eventually just committed to this area of practice full time.
