First let me say how awesome Ms. Cathy is— From her beautiful personality, customer service, and overall great job with my dog Kash and fur niece Zoë! I found CathyTheGroomer on thumbtack and instantly fell in love with her work. I messaged her immediately and she responded within minutes with contact info, her booking site, and social media handles. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable, especially with this being Zoë’s first groom as a puppy. Drop off and pick up was a smooth process! She handled our fur babies with care and they look immaculate!!!! Let me add how she dripped them out in a nice pink bow and tie. Thanks Cathy!!!

My dog came home brand new!! He usually goes to Petsmart and is in an attitude for days after but he came home ready to play coming from Miss Kathy!! I love both fluffy him and now him but she turned him back into a puppy :)!

Cathy did a wonderful job on Pepper who was matted to a ridiculous level do to not being groomed since before the quarantine. Pepper was so happy and excited to be clean and looking good, when I got her home she danced for hours. The little girl next door said she looks beautiful.
