- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor only. We offer competitive quotes. We offer high quality work. You will not be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins when a new customer contacts us. We figure out what the customer wants done as far as work goes. After that we come up with an honest estimate and send it to the customer. If the customer is happy and agrees on our price we move forward and set up a time frame on when my crew and I can come in and start doing the work. We will keep the customer updated as we progress. Once the job is complete we will conduct a walk around to make sure the customer is happy. If everything checks out, we clean up and move on.
