Bryan and his team do excellent work on a very broad range of projects. We experienced water damage that required refinishing of our hard wood floors. While we were having that done we also did some interior painting and had our garage repainted at the floor coated and sealed with an epoxy finish. What an improvement! I especially like the detailed quotation Bryan provides with pictures covering specifically what work is going to be done. Everything was completed with the promised timing. His crews are very professional and polite and left everything in pristine shape when they were done. We have used him twice before (complete exterior painting) and will definitely use him on any future project.

Bryan has completed several projects for our family. Each was handled professionally, quickly, and competently. From painting, building, and general repairs we are extremely pleased with the quality of the finished project. Bryan Arias at ACTUAL gave us a very concise and explicit quote. He did not object when we made additional requests. He did what he said he would do, and then provided a bit more than he promised.
