Professional is the first word that comes to mind. I clearly explained what I needed to five people that responded. Rob followed up with a phone call promptly after an email. Rob went above and beyond. We had a simple fix to a printing problem that needed a couple of hours max. He quickly resolved the issue for us. The quality of his work was excellent. Doing business on the phone and with a few emails was easy and that is all that was needed. I was looking for more than just a short term project resolution. I need to maintain a relationship with someone that can bring the type service's to the table that he has. This enables me to bring my services to others as well. After trying other people and being frustrated I contacted Mr. Silva and he went right to work on it and had a concept in no time. He was very professional and courtesy. He asked for my input and thoughts several times during the process and I really appreciated that. I was extremely satisfied with the final outcome. I will most definitely use him for all my projects. I HIGHLY recommend him.
