Luis and Roberta arrived right on time and took a great deal of care in detailing every room of our home. I have a newborn and they worked around his nap time so he wasn’t disturbed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Firstly we can estimate the level of the dirt and the grease inside the house, and depending on it, we can apply some discounts over the price. For a recurrent cleaning work, we apply a fee for cancellation in less than three days before the scheduled date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to hear from new customers what are exactly their priorities regard to the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We received certified cleaning training at our country of origin.
