I have worked as a consultant for several large corporations in an IT support and consulting capacity for close to 20 years. These corporations include, but are not limited to, SouthTrust Bank, Siemens IT Solutions, and Bank of America. I have over 20 years of experience providing my internal and external customers with great service. In this capacity, I have always assisted customers in completing their job responsibilities in a timely and professional manner to put their organization's best foot forward. I am currently seeking to provide part-time IT services to assist business and/or personal/home office systems. My technical skills include years of Windows server/desktop support, online and manual backup/restoration, network setup and support. I have flexible hours and am willing to negotiate. My standard rate is $50 per hour, and I will provide quotes/estimates for most work (except for virus/spyware removal where, in extreme cases, I will reload your operating system from scratch after backing up your files at a set cost).
