Neil came over faster than an ambulance at a Travis Scott concert. He fixed my HP printer which is brand new and decided to completely go offline. It required an hour on the phone with HP Customer Service and he stuck it out and got the job done for me. He also made some good suggestions on how to improve my WiFi speeds as well as where to get ink for half off. All around very happy with this genius.
