Chelsea cleaned my apartment about 2 months ago. She was very nice! But, she did not have a basic list of what to clean. She asked me what I wanted done, and I didn't think I had to give her a step by step list of what todo. All in all, She did a very lazy job. I have stainless steel appliances and she told me she did not have the "proper cleaning products for that." I told her that's fine, I have some and left it out for her. She never cleaned my stainless steel appliances. She also cleaned around my decor on my book shelves instead of taking the time to move them from the book shelf, cleaning it and putting it back. The shower was also never cleaned even though she claimed to do so. She was in and out within an hour. It aggravated me to be honest. I could have done what she did in 20 minutes. What a waste of $80.

I wish you had contacted us at the time and we certainly would have discussed this with you and done our best to rectify your experience. I wish you had. To hear about this over 5 months later means we could not address it for you and it led to your need to feel necessary to give this review. my constructive criticism is to communicate these issues as they rise immediately with any future service you use. you might find they will listen and take action to better your experience and I'm sorry you had a bad one.
