- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All local assignments are done on the hourly basis. The prices differ from our 2 mover crew, 3 mover crew, and 4 mover crew with a fully equipped truck. We make available larger crews and with more equipment if needed. We honor all of our coupons, and offer some discounts to veterans and to seniors. Every case is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We allow for new customers to get acquainted with our company. It is important for us to know everything possible about a new customer's assignment. We answer all questions pertaining to boxes, packing, logistics, reservations, crating, furniture prep, in home prep, and transportation of all household goods. You are NOT just a number with us. The person that starts with you is available to you until your job is done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Higher learning in Business Management allows for all members within Atlanta 1 to grasp the concept of good business. Major van line training provides a certain discipline to be the best mover possible. Also the ongoing logistics training makes it easier in most things we do. Timing is everything for us and all of our customers.
