FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price on the higher end of the spectrum. But I always believe that you get what you pay for. You can hire someone for cheaper, but you most likely will not be impressed with their level of detail… I don’t leave until the customer is smiling and confident that they made the right choice..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication, Honesty and mutual respect
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this type of work since I was 17. I am 38 now. And I have eight years consecutive experience in all fields relating to this type of system. I’ve worked for 3 companies, large and small… I’ve worked alone… I’ve run anywhere from 2-8 crews at a time… I honestly just love what I do😊
