The technician that came was very knowledgeable, and he came on time as well. I dont remember his name unfortunately.I had a leak on my copper pipe in the basement and he told me is a pin-hole leak, and that East Cobb is very famous for that kind of issue. The problem was fixed promptly and he even covered my floor with a plastic cover! Very good job.Will highly recommend them in my neighborhood!

We had a leak in one of the bathrooms along with another issue and Valentin was the technician to come by to conduct both repairs. Let me tell you, exceptional customer service, very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and everything was taken care of properly. Im very satisfied with the service and repairs, highly recommend!

Kristian did an excellent job. He’s thorough and very knowledgeable. He installed a new shower sprinkler and fixed the knob on the tub faucet. I had bought a new faucet for the tub but it wasn’t the right kind. So he had to use a different kind. He didn’t have to go to the hardware store like most repair men do. He was prepared with whatever was needed. He also did some extras like unclog the tub drain and put some sealant around the water spout. I’m really pleased with the work he did!!😊

Val was absolutely amazing. He was able to locate the leak from my shower pipe immediately! He went to the hardware store and purchased the new part for me and installed it all in the same hour. He even purchased new shower head options for my master while he was out because I mentioned through casual conversation that I didn't care for the one I had. He added it his quote and installed it. He didn't make a big mess or cut a huge hole like other plumbers. Val was very professional and honest and i would highly recommend his work.
