*Update: I’m a fair person and wanted to come back to share the update regarding this company. Harold kept his word and followed through with fixing the issues. I’m much happier now with the work completed and again want to mention that the workers were really nice. *Initial review: I’m not pleased with the end results. It’s not the worse but nowhere near the best. It’s simply average. The workers were extremely nice and punctual. After the work was completed I contacted Harold due to a broken tile. He had someone out quickly to fix it and I greatly appreciate that but now I have another broken tile after the nice guy came to fix the first broken one. I’m now sitting here scraping a lot of extra silicone off the glass because it just looks messy. I expected quality work and I can’t say that I got that.

I used Harold Pro Floors for replacing bathroom floor tile/shower tile/bathtub surround tile during a master bath renovation and for replacing the backsplash during a kitchen renovation. Harold communicated well throughout the estimate process and he and all of his crew were extremely professional throughout the project. The quality of the work is exceptional - I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely use Harold Pro Floors again in future.
