Phil, with Plumber Now, responded immediately to my information request. Stated he would be at my home within in hour to provide a consultation. He showed up as promised and replaced my water heater all within a matter of a couple of hours. Valuable pricing... Plumber Now will be my "go to" for plumbing needs. 10/10! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I had a water main break under my sidewalk, which cut off water to my home and flooded my yard. Within hours, Phil neatly cut through the concrete, dug a narrow trench through the yard, and laid replacement piping from the water meter to my home. The job done with quality precision; better yet, everything was done in half the time that it would take most plumbers. I will 100% be using P and G Plumbing for any future repairs and renovations.

I hired PNG to repair the main pipe leaks at front yard. Although I already did the leg works by digging up to where the plumber can access and repair the pipe, PNG gave me a reasonable price which I accepted. Plumber did a great job fixing the plumbing within the same day I called. He waited for 45 min to make sure no further leaks before he headed home which I greatly appreciated. Though unfortunately the new leak appears a week later. PNG do stand behind their work and agreed to come back to fix the leak. They not only came back to fix it but they also apologized and very professional about it. That goes a long way for me. I would definitely hire them
