My resume looks amazing! Arlen was fast, responsive, insightful as well as very helpful. His turnaround time was fast and his attention to detail was exceptional. I feel much more confident sending out my resume now. I will recommend to friends and colleagues.Jul 30, 2018Verified
I was transitioning careers and thankfully Arlen was up to the challenge of rewriting my resume. He was easy to communicate with, turn around time was fast and the quality of his work was top notch. He even stayed in touch and followed up to see how I was progressing in the job search. A true professional who cares about his clients.Jun 21, 2018Verified
ARC did a great job. He was very accommodating for the time and schedule. Very prompt when it came to calling for the initial discussion and them getting me the draft and final resume. I do think ARC did a great job with formatting the content. However, as a creative professional, I just was not extremely happy with the final visual aspects of the resume.Jun 8, 2018VerifiedArlen C.'s reply
Kimberly was an excellent client. Often, I have challenges with "creative" clients as they prefer a different creative style of resume that what I usually compose. However, I try to write documents that navigate through Applicant Tracking Systems and well as maintain practicality.
Great response time, and seems genuine. In the process of hiring now.Apr 9, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $127 for the package (resume, cover letter, Linked-In profile, interview prep). I also offer a Lifetime Resume service for $187. Plus, I will be your resource until you find a job at no additional charge for either product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to talk with them before I start work. Understanding where they are in this juncture of their life is critical to the employment process. I do not pry, but I try to put myself in their shoes and in the shoes of whoever is going to read the resume. This anticipation helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Resumes constantly change - styles, fonts, wording. I read as many as 50 resumes a day to stay current on the latest styles.
