Jody spearheaded the creation and launch of our parent company's website as well as the microsite that I managed. She completed the job on time and within budget, despite many obstacles. Jody created extensive wireframes which helped us better define the architecture. She helped us create keywords and style guides. She revised copy so it was more concise, persuasive and solution-oriented all important SEO factors. She even selected attention-grabbing imagery for us. Jody is able to quickly understand complex technical concepts and products. Her attention to detail and follow through is as impeccable as her project management skills. She was also invaluable as a liaison for senior management. She had a good grasp of our new content management system, and provided training as well as a detailed tutorial guide for future reference. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a straight forward pricing strategy - $75 hour. At the start of the project, we will define the number of hours based on on the complexity of the project, then provide you a flat rate to complete the project. This means it's in our best interest to meet deadlines and expectations, and deliver what you expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending conferences and webinars to stay abreast of new trends and solutions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always worked in media - the power of the internet and what it could deliver drew me early on - I loved the on-demand quality, and the fact that it was such a democratic environment.
