- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that their overall fee will be based on a number of factors: the address they are located, the type of document/s they need notarized, the amount of pages they need notarized and whether they need multiple signatures, stamps and/or witnesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with new clients , we discuss what documents need notarization and then we solidify a meeting time and date to then proceed .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified with both the National Notary Association and The Loan Signing System. I have also been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years now.
