What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a Free Estimate, if acceptable, the Customer signs the Estimate and we provide them a copy. We also provide proof of insurance, if requested. Work is then scheduled. One of our Core Values is that we never collect money, until the project is completed and approved by our Customer.We offer numerous payment methods from Paypal, to major credit cards to personal check.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cat 24 Herbicides and Pesticides State training. Classes offered to employees from online, on-hand, as well as state and national agencies, approved by the Department of Agriculture.

Most projects differentiate from job to job, therefore we offer personalized, free Estimates. We do offer ten percent discounts for Senior Citizens and Churches.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
One Partner was a Parks and Recreation professional, that for years was in charge of renovation and maintenance of City and County Parks. He also holds a BS in Business. Another Partner worked for 8 years as a Tree Surgeon supervisor. The third partner worked for a Landscape Crew Leader for six years, involved in landscape installation and Landscape maintenance.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
An Attorney that we came to know through this project started with 21 trees taken down and stumps ground. Then, sod installed around certain areas of home and pool area. Temporary about ground timed irrigation installation for sod. Trimming 28 trees in front landscape and treating Lawn for insects and weeds. We want our Customers to know we desire a friendly relationship and trust with our Companies' personnel.

Are they knowledgeable about the work? Are they willing to provide insurances, proof of licenses and references? What guarantees do they offer? Are they willing to provide detailed, in writing Estimate of work to be done?
