Introduction: I give my father, Dennis Brown, all the credit for instilling in me sound values and a strong sense for customer service. "As a kid, I used to work with my Dad catching service calls for Brown's Appliance Care. It was then and there that I realized my calling in the service industry. I have always provided unmatched customer service. Today I still believe the customer is always right!
