Contacted him about active water heater leak , he was very responsive and easy to talk to so I decided to give him a chance , I provided him with all needed info , He then Supposed to schedule the appointment on Sunday with the tenets - never get in touch with them and by 5 pm he let me know he want be able to make it Fine - Monday rolls in and I Haven’t heard from him and tenents said no one ever called to schedule .... After 4 on Monday I’m getting message from him saying that he decided to not work with me because I called him “baby” ( talk to text misspell ) and he never bother to tell me that he get offended by it so at the end I end up with pist off tenents , still active leak and no contractor on Monday evening And he called me unprofessional when I get mad at him for not letting me know what happen ... He may be good - and I choose him due to his 5 stars , but need to be very carefull - he’s fragile 🤷🏻‍♂️
