Chris has been training my fiancé and I for about 2 weeks now. He does an excellent job meeting both of our fitness needs during our training sessions. Chris travels to our home to train us, which is very convenient. His sessions go by so fast and he plans different workouts each time to keep the training exciting and fun! He is very professional and flexible with our crazy schedules. I confidently recommend him.
Larry is a great guy! He pushes me hard at every single workout. His workouts are varied to different parts of the body and target specific muscles. He is able to be flexible with my crazy schedule which works great for me. Also, Larry in general is just an awesome guy! He's got a great sense of humor and a good heart. Not only is Larry great, but the other trainer, La, whom he works with is also great. He definitely takes on a bit more of the cardio aspect, so you have both weightlifting and cardio opportunities. I love these guys, and I plan on sticking with them for awhile. So far, I have seen great results, and I am excited to get stronger and stronger!

I could not be happier with Ashley and Alex. First off, Alex put me on a nutrition plan specific to my needs. Now I will let you know that I am a VERY picky eater so when I told him I hate eggs, hated protein powder, couldn't do tomatoes, didn't like many types of fish, ect... I was amazed to find how many other options he had to suggest! He showed me that there are SO many things I can eat, that I did not think I would be able to, with just really simple changes on how I prepared them and the quality of the food I buy. As for Ashley, she is the BEST! I have had so many medical issues this past year including problems with a herniated disk and stomach problems leading to severe heartburn, cramping and eventually having my gallbladder removed. I missed months at a time of workouts because of those issues but she stuck by me for almost a year and has adjusted my workouts so that I can still get great results without hurting my back again. Also, she is so creative with her workouts and SUPER FUN work out with. Because of my exercise and nutritional plan I am happy to say that I no longer have any heartburn, bloating, stomach problems or back issues. I feel great! As a bonus, I am down a pants size and looking better every week. Thank you SO much Ashley and Alex, you have really changed my life. I love you guys!
If you seek results, I.L.M.B. Fitness is the way to go! La Monica is not just a personal trainer; shes a Registered Nurse, who, actually, cares about your success. She encourages and supports you the entire way through your journey. Whether your journey is physical fitness, weight loss, or the need to control a diet-related disease (i.e., diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension), etc, shes there to assist in any way she can. She keeps you focused on your goals with emails, weekly weight-ins, and weekly meal plans (complete with shopping list). She has early morning hours and WebFit 1:1 sessions (Yes, you can work out from the comfort of your own home with just an internet connection and a web browser). Her HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are exactly that -- intensive, but worth every ounce of sweat. She will also work with you to modify any exercises that may be difficult or uncomfortable for you to perform. [I am top heavy and she taught me modified versions of some moves, so that I would feel less discomfort during workouts.] If you do your part (i.e., work out regularly, modify diet), La Monica will make sure you reach your goal. Frank has a fun way of incorporating strength training, balance exercises and cardio into a workout that yields results. Yes, I said fun because you never know what to expect. The routine changes, but the areas you want him to focus on are still being targeted, so you're never bored. At the end of the workout, you remember all of the positive words of encouragement and the nutrition tips he gave you along the way. You feel energized! You leave the gym feeling like you had a great time! The day after, is when you actually feel the intensity of the workout and remember each and every lift, squat or pull and the reason why you can't walk down the stairs without holding on to the rail for dear life. You feel the pain! And a couple of weeks later is when you spend quality time with the bathroom mirror, smiling and admiring the results and looking forward to your next session. What I value the most is Frank's ability to create a program that aligns with my goals and gets me the results I want. Not only is he knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right balance of proper nutrition and effective training, but his strong passion for helping others places him above the rest. He also offers his videos and recipes on his blog, so others can benefit and he has no problem sending tips to my friends out of state. He responds to my texts/emails immediately and makes me feel like priority number 1 and it's the same in person. At the gym, I have Frank's undivided attention, he values my time and he makes every minute count.

Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises. He is very knowledgeable in how the overall training impacts different parts of the body and I saw results within the first 4 weeks! He has pushed me outside of my limits to do things that I did not realize that I could do and has made me more confident in navigating equipment in the gym when working out on my own.
