He was very professional and prompt. He replaced my water pump and thermostat in no time. My truck was back up and running. Rich is our mechanic from here on out!10/14/25 Service-First off, he has a shop in Ellenwood that's not far from me at all, but he took the initiative to drive to my home. He put struts on my vehicle bcuz they were going bad. He was honest about a sway bar screw being striped and for us to bring it to his shop so he could put the new sway bar on. Before leaving, he made sure he was in the vehicle to test drive before he left for the evening. His price was easy on the pockets and reasonable. I did buy the parts myself, and he did the labor. Talk about customer service at its best! I definitely recommend him!

Rick was able to come to me short notice (thank you so much). He was able to diagnose the issue, remove the part, replace the part! He is trustworthy, honest mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great service, came out on time, was able to fit me into schedule the very next day and got my car back up and running with a full tune up for literally the price of the parts from o Rileys. He should change his name to Rescue Rick!! My family and I were traveling from Florida to Michigan when all the power in our SUV went out. It was 5:30 on a SATURDAY and I just knew NO ONE would be able to fix us on the road without having to spend $$$$$. The folks at AutoZone recommended Rick from Trustworthy Mobile and within 2 hours we were back on the road. The man is a bonafide lifesaver and didn't take advantage of us for being stuck. Rescue Rick is worth his weight in gold.
