- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For AHA public courses, standard pricing per student: BLS for Healthcare - $60, Heartsaver CPR/AED - $60, Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED - $80, . We've only gone up $5 on our prices since 2014, but 10/3/2017 AHA went up $15 on the Heartsaver cert. cards - we had to pass that along to customers. - For our ASHI lay responder courses: ASHI CPR/AED - $50, ASHI First Aid/CPR/AED - $70, Babysitting Safety - $55. For training your employees 5 or more, at your office, expect to pay $5-$10 less per employee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers find everything they need on our very informative newnancpr.com website, which has course information, requirements, schedules, and online registration. I am glad to answer any questions they may have, or provide any other information with phone call or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read the professional journals and the resuscitation science studies - to learn what works, what EMS agencies and hospitals are trying, and what offers improved survivability. This is not about improving some number by 5%. 15,000 people per month die needlessly from cardiac arrest. (Yea that's a bold statement - but if the Nation could get to where MN/AZ/King County WA already are with Cardiac Arrest survivability - that's how many lives could be saved).
