Doug was very capable, patient with the technologicaly challenged, and dedicated to makeing sure everything worked as we wanted and we were properly instructed In operating our system. I would definitely recommend him to others that find themselves at a loss in setting up today's highly capable but overly complex equipment. A wonderful crew that did a very careful and complete job. Had them mount two flat screen TVs (one to a stacked stone fireplace) and fix my home theatre.
