- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually quoted per job but there are times where I have to charge per hour and it is usually around $75 per hour. I always disclose pricing ahead and before a job is started. I always get prior approval before starting any jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to hear out my customer and get the whole objective and concerns and desires of what is to be accomplish and then I offer my suggestions and advices to best fit the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 20 years of experience in the field of Locksmithings, Access Controls, and CCTV and extensive training and certifications in many major brands of mechanical locks and electronic devices such as and not limited to the following: Schlage, Kwikset, AdamsRite, Baldwin, Falcon, Best, MulTLock, Medeco, Certified Brivo Technician, Certified Eagle Eye Technician, Honeywell NetAXS 123, Innotech cameras, HIK Vision cameras, Speco cameras, ans Northern cameras.
