Garry is extremely knowledgeable about muscle and joint relationships! I came to him with an injured hip. We talked, he asked questions to determine exactly how to proceed and get to the heart of the matter. That day, I walked out of there pain free. He has also helped me through chronic lower back pain. Over the course of time, his massage and recommended self therapy has made a huge difference in my quality of life! Garry always makes me feel comfortable. He’s very compassionate. The quality of his work is amazing. He ask questions to determine what’s best for you. I booked a 30 minute session, and ended up staying 60 minutes. Sports inquiries, cupping, sports massages. He offers it all. Response times is amazing, and he’s always early for his clients. Book ASAP you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Gary.

Just having a quick conversation/consultation to see what their needs are and to insure them I can help them meet the needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Licensed Massage therapist and an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a Professional Bodybuilder I always have to deal with muscle issues so I know how others feel. I wanted to be to take you in the gym as a trainer and tear your muscles down then as a therapist help the muscles recover. Sometimes it just takes knowing the body and how it functions to make sense of simple things to the client to help their situation.
