- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the servings plus additional fees for toppers, flowers, multiple flavors, handmade decorations and delivery. All tiered cakes are delivered unless you are experienced in transporting tiered cakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what kind of occasion, design, servings and icing you have in mind first. See if the date works with my schedule, I will then quote a price. If you agree with the quote, I ask for your email address to invoice you. A 25% non-refundable deposit is paid to secure the date and a tasting scheduled if asked for orders over $500.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and I have studied my craft in detail on my own.
