Best fitness & health program in town!! Nowhere else can you find a personal trainer, 30 minute workouts which are personalized and different each day, and a nutrition program all in one place and at such an incredible price!! Knowledgeable trainer who actually cares about your health and progress. Wonderful clientele who encourage one another. Nice new workout studio with AC!! Not your typical gym experience. I have lost over 40 lbs and 40 inches with S5 Fitness and have kept it off for over a year now! Finally a fitness program where I can stay healthy and fit for life! I will celebrate my 50th birthday in a few months and I'm feeling better than I did when I was 30!! Thank you Sean Lynch and S5 Fitness!!

I have been working out with Sean since Jan.2015 and I love the workouts. He always starts with a warm-up, then you start the workout and you don't stop until the time is up. It takes maybe 35-45 minutes. You don't notice the time dragging and you get a very powerful, challenging workout. With Sean's workouts I see the same results as I would if I were spending hours at a gym. I workout with Sean 5 days a week. I think Sean's workouts are very efficient and produce results. Sean also provides a lot of information on how to eat, what to eat and when to eat. I like the small group. There are only 4 or 5 of us at a time. I think Sean is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic personal trainer.

Sean is an incredible trainer! He has a high attention to detail, incorporates an extensive knowledge of training the human body that allows clients to prevent injuries and cares for his clients. The workouts he puts the clients through are challenging but not to the point of burning all of your energy. The workouts go quickly and when you are finished, you are able to say, "Hey, that wasn't to bad (or too hard)!" I gave Sean a 5 star rating because there wasn't one higher. My background is in Athletic Training and I have been a chiropractor for 25 years, plus I've worked out a lot of my life. From my experience and perspective, Sean is an outstanding trainer that deserves your confidence!
