I hired Nick to cater my bachelor party and I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of his service. I was presented with many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I was torn between several options because all of it sounded fantastic. Nick was professional and charismatic as he mingled with the guests while he cooked. When our first dinner option was prepared - the fried chicken sandwich (which was to die for) - he took special care to adjust his recipe based on dietary restrictions. The price point was justified as each meal was a bespoke experience that also included beverage pairings.

Nick has cooked for many events that I have been involved with. He is always well prepared and is genuinely passionate about his work.

His culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America and travels throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia have enabled him to excel in traditional cuisines from various cultures and create awe-inspiring fusion dishes.
