Jontell is just excellent. He is my go to for everything. The sink and faucet installation was flawless. He loves what he does, has serious passion and has great attention to detail. A wonderful guy. A wonderful worker. You won't be disappointed!
My wife loves our new shower I would definitely recommend them.
I was in a pinch. These guys came within 24 hours and had me back up and running with new water heater. Beautiful clean installation!
My rating is "VERY GOOD". Does this fall between good & outstanding? Old tub, toilet, vinyl surround, & ceramic tile surround were pulled out of my very small bathroom. They installed new plumbing, backerboard & the an air jet tub. Not realizing that they are more difficult, I chose small tiles. Gary did a great job installing the tile. Job was held up while we found condo bldg. water shut off. Some unexpected problems occurred, which is expected in any remodel job. I will rate some parts of this job as "good," as some faucet parts were lost & faucet had to go out & pick out & buy a new faucet. As far as what could have been done better - closer supervision of a worker with some personal problems, but the overall RESPONSE to the problems was EXCELLENT. Mr. Wilkins stayed in touch throughout the job. Gary worked very late to get all the tile in, grouted, & cleaned. The whole job took one week. I am very happy with the results.
We had the best experience with Freddrick at Sealed Tight Plumbing from the very beginning, starting with him fitting us in earlier than expected. We had an EXTREMELY difficult clog in our kitchen — he went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even correcting the installation of the pipes for us. He is so personable and professional, and takes a lot of pride in getting it done right. I have already recommended him to others. A great trustworthy plumber is such a relief.
Doug came to my home to give me a estimate on installing French doors. The doorway was to high to install. I had some lights that I neededto be installed he installed a total of 5 lights with no problem. Doug and his wife was very pleasant and just a great couple. They are very personable. I will be hiring him again to do some more work. I am beyond pleased. Vanessa
Kendall came in on a last minute notice was able to complete several electrical issues including: installing GFCI outlets, gas stove installation, and main electrical box repair. His prices are hard to beat, and he was a pleasure to be around (great conversationalist). Kendall has a wealth of knowledge on home repair and can fix just about anything. After looking at his portfolio and hiring him, we came to the conclusion that we will definitely hire him again!
Remodeled a bathroom with new tub, marble shower surround and marble floor. Good work.
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
Jean did a great job installing my ceiling fan. He was persistent though it proved to be difficult with a high, sloped ceiling. He also went to Home Depot for a part we needed.
I had a very small space to install a small sink. They took care of the plumbing, installation, dry wall removal/repair, and paint. Nice job!
I’m so happy to have this doggie door installed for my boys!
I was extremely satisfied with the work they performed in my bathroom and kitchen. They not only explained what was wrong but worked diligently to get it fixed. Their rates are reasonable and the finished product is excellent. I will continue to use them for my household needs. Thank You.
He did a great job fixing my 3 leaky sinks. He replaced all the piping and gave me a 3 year warranty. I would highly recommend him. He was able to come the same day. Great job!
We enjoyed working with Jim, he was very professional and did a great job installing our gutters and digging out a french drain by hand. Very impressed with his crew and his quality of work. Would definitely contract him again!
My husband and I purchased a home built in 1997 and though it's 2015 this house looked like it hadn't been updated since 1997. We knew updating this house was at the top of our list upon move in. To start we hired CCK&B to help us bring our kitchen into the millenium. From start to finish the owner Mancel was nothing short of amazing to work with. I'm extremely picky and trying to design a kitchen that you will be happy with for years to come presents just a tad bit of anxiety. During the selection process, he exhibited a great deal of patience with us and executed a design that was simply beautiful. To top it all off, our project was completed on time and within our budget. Prior to hiring them, we obtained 2 other quotes and hands down CCK&B's pricing was the least expensive. We weren't necessarily looking for the least expensive contractor, but rather a contractor who was reputable, reliable, and reasonably priced. We got that and more with Mancel's team. We will definitely be hiring them again for our future bathroom project. Highly recommend!
Steve came and gave us an estimate to replace a broken shower valve and stem unit and explained the work that would be done and what our options were. He came back out at the time he said he would and completed the repair at the price quoted. No mess left behind, great communication and happy homeowners who are glad they no longer have a leaky shower!! It was the best experience we have had with a plumber in a long time!
Anthony is very knowledgeable! He is professional and ensure that his clients are satisfied! Even though he came to fix a plumbing issue, he also installed a ceiling fan andamongst other things! fafaamong
Awesome job! My pipe busted behind my tile in my shower and Jeff was very careful and professional and didn't leave a bug mess! Very satisfied!
I needed same day service with installation of a new water heater. This company was affordable and exceeded my expectations.
2hires owner Kieth is very polite, responsive and understanding. His goal is to make sure the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction. I did have some installation issue with getting my single door to a double door installed. The Workman ship was rushed and the initial install was done poorly. With that said Keith assured me he will make it right. This caused a significant delay in completion. Keith sent a new set of installers to correct the installation, as well as the staining. This process was a pleasure the installers took their time and resolved the issues. I also hand the staining done by Greg’s Pro Painting who was sent by Keith. Keith and his crew did a great job with staining the mahogany doors. To the point where I hired him to repaint my garage door. At the end of it all the doors are installed and I am satisfied.
