- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother worked in the cleaning industry as long as i can remember and I grew up lending her a hand. I always admired her work ethic, and the flexibility that cleaning for others gave her. I'm an entrepreneur at heart so it was an easy decision to grow my own business!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a lot of recurring clients but we also do one-time jobs. There are often people moving or who have renters that have left that want an empty space cleaned. We offer tailored services to meet each client's needs. We help homeowners and businesses in the Savannah and low country areas. Whether once per week, once per month or one time, we appreciate your business and we show it by providing great service!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if they have insurance. Professionals should always carry coverage to protect their customers against loss or damage. Also, do they have a website. Having a website does not prove reliability but it does show that the service provider has put effort into their business. And don't be afraid to ask for references. Ask for reviews from current clients. Hearing from someone else about their experience with the professional is priceless.
