Hood Roofing and Construction Group
I hired this company to replace my gutters. They did great quality work and even came out on Christmas Eve to do the work because they had missed the appointment the day before due to a flat tire. I never had an issue getting a hold of them.Dec 27, 2017VerifiedBruce H.'s reply
chose this company because he had decent reviews but he didn't stand up. Because it was raining on the original day of installation they weren't able to work so my project was pushed back a couple of days which was ok but on the bright and sunny Saturday I had to contact Mr Hood about his time of arrival which ended up being around 3pm but it was his third party company not him which I asked if he would be here originally to make sure everything was done as planned. So after I had to try explain what was to be done I had to leave for my planned day. Mr Hood return for final payment and I pointed out that off pours were too close to house (which I had previously paid to have redirected after a basement leak) although he disagreed he stated would fix that later that week(this was July 5th) and I am still waiting. Of course it has rained and I have puddles around the base on house which again I will have to have spouts redirected. Also hooks and screw were left over the driveway and ground.Jul 28, 2017VerifiedBruce H.'s reply
We are sorry for Ms Adams being disappointed. However, in her own words we have great reviews and will continue to do our best with each and every customer that puts their trust in us. There is no way to stop water from getting on areas of your property whether it be your home or your yard. Our job is to divert water away from the house as much as possible and that's what we did for Miss Adams. Again we apologize for her displeasure, however we believe we did an outstanding job and our other reviews explain that as well.
