- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our events based on market cost of product, equipment rental, delivery fees to the venue both ways and setup and breakdown, staff for production and preparation of the menu and service. We all are trained and certified professional with over 15 years of hotel and restaurant experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers need to submit venue photos and menu restrictions with their bid. We can accommodate any budget.
