Best servicemanship ever! Josh responded to my down spout cleaning very quickly, guaranteed to match all competitor price, and showed up at the job as promised. He ended up fixing the problem in less than 5 minutes. Josh do a wide range of work outside pluming. I ended up hiring him to do a chimney leaking problem. He spent three trips to flash my chimney on the roof, seal all the exposed joint, and then come inside the house to cut the dry wall, replace in the new piece, seal, and put on two coat of paint, and even went ahead to painted the whole wall for me. With all the job done with a price much lower than the previous quote from another roofer to just do the outside job. We are very pleased with Josh's work and professional attitudes, as well as the nice conversations. With this new wall paint not even dry, we already have schedulEd for the bath room remodeling job, and a kitchen remodeling job from my close friend across the street. We highly recommend Josh to everyone for all your home repair needs.

Josh came out really fast for us and decided to go with him because he took his time and detected the leak. We felt like we could trust him and that he knew what he was talking about. We then went forward with making arrangements to have him come out today, August 15th, and to be here at 8am. He said he had a faulty part this morning and may be out later. He failed to return calls to us after we waited all day until 4 or so this afternoon. Today was my husband's day off so we spent the day waiting for someone who never showed. We made arrangements for Monday. Then, a few minutes later, I got a text from my best friend (who I recommended Josh to), and he had been there all day fixing their pipes!! So he ditched us and worked on their stuff all day today. REALLY disappointed and we have gone with a different company/plumber.

I told these people that since they didn't have the money we could set up a payment plan for the next two months, but since I went to their friends house first she called and cancelled the appointment.

The owner of this company is a big liar and has cost me a lot of money he called himself telling me things that were not true about my property he connected PCVP with Regla copper which you're not supposed to do that and I it took me to have another plumber today to tell me that he took my money and he's going to cost me an additional $2500 from what he did he have all of the PCP valve where you can whether you could see them noticeable so I wouldn't have to come apart he lot and play like he came to my house several times and he did not he had I was waiting for him. When you see his name you run run as fast as you can I've already went to call counted today which is Friday to file a complaint I have contacted the secretary of state he will not get my money and run with it it will not happen I've been nothing but nice to him when he brought me that bullshit contract that he had I had no problem with paying them I paid on time every time you just don't do customers any kind away

I take there information down for records, I inspect all of there plumbing free of charge and I give them 10% off of there final bill.
