This was my first experience with the company and they kept their promise and showed up and completed the job. That is so hard to find now. I have another project coming up and plan to use them as well. Glad I find this company!

Where do I start?!?! I hired Mlife for a project that was originally supposed to take one week but ended up lasting 3.5 weeks due to significant delays and poor communication. From the start, communication was inconsistent, with days passing without responses or updates. The contractor frequently arrived late or didn’t show up at all without notice, causing unnecessary setbacks. While we acknowledge that some delays were on our end—such as the vanity arriving late due to the holiday and Lowe’s trucking issues, and the shower glass door being 1 inch too short, requiring us to wait for a replacement—the contractor was not ready to install the vanity when it did arrive. These setbacks were out of our control, but accountability and preparation still matter. The work itself was not up to the agreed-upon standard: • Cabinet Painting: The job was incomplete, as I had to purchase additional paint to finish the task. • Wainscoting Installation: This was mishandled and not completed as promised. • Glass Door Installation: The door wasn’t fully installed, and unnecessary holes were drilled in the wall. The job was far from being worth the quoted price. • Vanity and Fixtures: The light fixture was not centered, despite clear expectations, and the installation process took far longer than necessary. To add to the frustration, the contractor misrepresented having a team to complete the work efficiently. In reality, he worked alone, had to redo parts of the project due to errors, and wasted hours fixing avoidable mistakes. We fully understand that setbacks can happen during any project, but holding yourself accountable, communicating effectively, and being prepared are essential to maintaining trust. Unfortunately, those elements were lacking in this experience. Final Thoughts: A job quoted and planned for one week should never have stretched into over three. While we accept responsibility for a few delays, the contractor’s lack of professionalism and preparedness made the situation far worse. I cannot recommend Mlife based on the poor quality of work and overall management of the project.

1 week job took 4 months. Had to bring someone else to demolish his work and start from scratch. The work was horrible and not exaggerating. He does not know what he is doing. If he looked at YouTube he may have done a better job no clue of what he was doing. By the way before hiring check the status of the LLC.
