- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is designed to remain affordable and flexible depending on the level of support requested. Chat Advisor support, coaching sessions, and premium add-ons are priced separately so clients only pay for the services they truly need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a consultation which will be the first session. I begin by learning more about the client’s goals, challenges, and the type of support they are seeking. From there, we discuss the best approach, communication style, and level of support that fits their comfort level and personal needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in mindset support, communication, personal growth guidance, emotional support, and life coaching practices focused on motivation, perspective, encouragement, and accountability.
